  • A recorded webinar by book author, Richard Rothstein (The Color Of Law), who gave a presentation on systemic racism at NCAP’s Equity conference in April 2021. The presentation is an excellent example of how to talk about systemic racism through storytelling and narrative. NCAP is the National Community Action Partnership for over a thousand Community Action Agencies nationwide.

  • Access recordings from NCAP's first ever National Community Action Equity Summit from April 20-21, 2021.

  • Step, Inc.'s Social Justice Committee created a project to highlight famous Americans who support the ideals of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Called “On the Walls,” the poster series includes famous quotes from Martin Luther King Jr., Robert F Kennedy, Michelle Obama and many other prominent and historical figures. Agencies may download the quotes and post them online and for display at your agency locations. For more information about the project, contact Rachelle Abbott, AICP, Chief Operations and Planning Officer at STEP, Inc
